Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for your subscription payment.

2. Eligibility

You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund is requested within 7 days of the payment date
  • Your account has not made more than 100 API calls during the subscription period
  • This is your first refund request

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the payment
  • Significant API usage has occurred (more than 100 API calls)
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of Terms of Service
  • A refund has already been issued for a previous subscription period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@aiapi.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and the Razorpay payment/order ID
  3. Briefly describe the reason for the refund

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed through Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Subscription Cancellation

If you no longer wish to use the Service, you may simply let your subscription expire. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you will not be charged again unless you manually renew. No refund is issued for unused days within an active subscription period.
